Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays and weekends. Domestic shipping is facilitated via USPS.
For U.S. shipments, delivery may take up to 7 business days. For orders outside the U.S., please refer to the shipping estimates displayed at checkout. Kindly note that, as these are made-to-order items, there is a processing time of 1-2 weeks before shipment for non-custom 10-piece nail sets. Custom nail sets may require a processing time of 2-3 weeks.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Ensure accurate city, state, zip code, and apt. # if applicable. Double-check that all fields contain correct information. Abbreviations, misspellings, or typos leading to delivery errors might result in items being returned to us. Note: We make every effort to re-ship; if we are unable to reach you within 10 business days, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase price to the original payment method.
BILLING ADDRESS
Verify that your billing information precisely matches your credit card billing address. Name/street/city/state/zip/apt # must match EXACTLY, with no typos or misspellings. Any discrepancies may prevent order processing. Spell city names correctly and avoid abbreviations unless they match the information on your statement.
MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
We cannot be held responsible for packages once they are in the possession of USPS. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged by USPS, replacement items cannot be provided. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS office to address any shipment issues.
